Building and structure

I'm not happy with outcome of my claim on the building and structure. It's sad to know that there is conditions in place to take note before put a claim but one will not be stupid to put in a claim if wear of of conditions of auto and general insurance conditions. Now with my claim it's with rain that we getting in kzn that can't escape water from seeping into our building. And I never had leaking for claim I subnitt in past 10 years owning this property now with this heavy rain I experienced running water down my wall and it's said to be hair line cracks and no maintaince in this area... What to maintain when I had no issue since I own property. So it sad now this claim was handled I'm not happy even with attitude of the manager of auto and general insurance
