better getting qoute from ather incurrence company

sunmitted a claim on tuesday (not including dates) they rep**** with i will have feedback the next week wednesday, so wednesday came and then they said no the friday, and friday came and that become the next week monday, reqested call backs x3 and just ignores them. they dont follow there own policy as long as you pay thats all the want, just get a qoute from ather incurrence company. they were good just going down hill
