Wanted to let you know what a gem you have in Lynnque Martin. She is the consummate professional and so easy to work with. From the first day that I put my claim that was two weeks ago she was assigned to my case I believe so because she would update me on each and every development ...if it was not of Easter holidays and my self if delaying in sending supporting documents my claim could have take only 7days to be finalized. But it took 20days including holidays and weekends. What a great service I received from the auto and general team.
