I had the opportunity to work with Mbavhi Mpfuni through the contact centre and man was she great. She explained everything and answered all my questions, even those I asked twice. She has been such a darling to work with. She knew her product very well and gave me a few options without even asking. It very rare to get service like this in today day and age. I was pleasantly surprised. I asked her to call me back in a few (we decided on a time), as I had to speak to my husband first, before I can make the decision - She phoned me back on time as discussed. Now that is service.
