I spoke with 2 different people about the same issue and both times got informative information. One person was Chabisa and she went out of her way to add what I wanted onto my policy. She was patient, polite and gave me information I needed and then proceeded to finalize it all for me. Both of their customer service people were well informed and professional and both times they put me at ease and it was a pleasurable experience.
