Best Customer Service received at Auto and General by Gaddy

I had the worst experience with Auto &general claims managers,consultants,panel beater until today. In order not to ruin this review I will not go further.

A Wonderful, well spoken and cheerful lady named Gaddy picked up the call when I was about to cancel my policy. She addressed me with so much care and professionalism as if I was the only client at their company.

I am so impressed with this level of customer service and it is sad we cannot have an auto and general full of Gaddys (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly) I hope the organisation realises what an asset they have in this lady and treat her with the value she has treated me with and most probably other clients that have crossed her path.

Auto&general must have a day named after her where all employees dealing with customers are trained and injected with her spirit and skills.
