I would like to express my gratitude on the way Mr Deon Pretorius from Auto & General has handled my insurance claim.
He was very prompt in attending to my case. As soon as I was assigned to him, he immediately called to arrange for viewing of the damaged property and for the initial interview.
He was very empathetic and yet very professional. He ensured that there was no delay and liaised with the other insurance to cut out any duplicate services that might cause delay.
He was persistent , yet polite in ensuring that I get the report from the municipality.
He kept me up to date with all the developments and clarified everything to me.
After approval of my claim, the pay out was done within 24 hours.
I am very impressed with his professionalism.
