Been with this insurance since 2023 n paying my comprehensive insurance including scratch and dent cover without any delay . In December 2026 I submitted a claim for scratch n the assessment was done 2 months later , that was after I rejected the WhatsApp
It’s **** and unrealisable service with very poor customers services
