Bakhiti for Employee of the year!

Dear Sir/Madam Kindly note I had been experiencing bad service with the glass-fitting company who came to instal a broken windscreen because the glass-fitter had caused damage to my vehicle and alleged that he found it in that broken state. Many reasons were provided why they alleged I had caused damage to one of the two panels on either side of the windscreen. I contacted A & G and sent all the proof that this was a blatant and shaeless lie by the glass-fitter. I spoke to Bakhiti Tshabalala at THS (A& G) and he resolved a further problem with a separate department of Auto & General. I got a response from that department an hour later regarding that separate claim. I then had to speak to Bakhiti on several occasions as regards the glass-fitting company who failed to budge and refused to back down. They were prepared to do harm to their own business reputation by trying to exonerate their untruthful employee! I must compliment Bakhiti for his excellent assistance since the glass-fitting company took a corporate decision not to risk their corporate reputation. Bakhiti ended a very sombre today with his cold, clinical stance but spoke with an amicable well-spoken voice and projected a demeanour and even charm. A & G: you guys have a gem in your midst. This man is passionate well-spoken and such an impressive elocution that he would put many Shakespearean actors to shame with one huge difference! He is sincere and completely above reproach: he is no actor. I bid you well Bakhiti in your career and I hope you have an awesome career wherever you work!
