Bad service received for asking road side assistance

I had a break down last night on N4, midnight, from rustenburg, we called the insurance as normal thinking that you will get emergency assistance since is in the middle of the night, the consultant told us that we are not covered to tow the car more than 50km radius or else we should pay the difference if they tow my truck. Unfortunately we were never told that we only covered to be towed for 50km, what a horrible service I have received instead of being assisted. I have decided to cancel my business account and take it somewhere where I will not being taken from pillar to post during the claim process
