Bad service of Auto and General

Even today my motor vehicle is still at proline autobody and the painful part is that Auto and general insurance is doing nothing about this, and they are the ones that took my car there since 11 December 2021. They are busy deducting my car insurance money every month while my car is not here with me. I called proline Autobody to ask them about my vehicle so unfortunately they told me that they havent yet started fixing my vehicle on the right rear door, even my boot cardboard is not yet fixed, even my front tow hook is also not there on my vehicle.
