Bad service from insurance company

I left another company to go to Autogen. Service was in Afrikaans. I claimed for a microwave due to accident. It fell. With my previous insurance, my electrician said it was due to loadshedding or powersurge. My escess went up from R1200 to R4500. The part was R1350 plus R300 to put it in. I told them sorry, cancel the claim. Approximately 2 months ago my mi***ave accidentally fell. Autogen said that I can claim it for loadshedding and powersurge. I wanted to claim it for accidental damage. Sorry you cannot it for accidental damage. Bad service
