Bad service

I spoke to a consultant this morning, I think her name was Charné regarding a debit order that went off on the wrong date. My account is debited on the 15th of every month. This month my account was debited on the 11th. While trying to reverse the debit order for Feb/March, I reversed the one for Jan/Feb. She was very rude to me over the phone to a point I requested to speak to another person. She hung up on me while I was talking. I have been with Auto and General for many years and this kind of service is appealing and totally unacceptable to a paying customer. I work hard for my money and deserve to be treated with respect.
