Bad service

Terrible experience I have ever since, it's been a month since I have submitted a claim noone comes back to me instead when you finally get someone you get to be asked to submitted previous insurance information which I informed them that I do not have . The lady who is dsaling with my case Renée Mdlangathi has no customer service skills, she will book to call me at the time convenient to her and never honor that appointment, very heartless and arrogant.

I am still waiting for their precious call...I can't believe it's over a month now trying to get the status of my claim!!!
