Bad service

Worse service I've ever received, I did a claim with the company, they took my car to a company called Mthatha coach worx, Even today I still don't have my car and the company is rude and keep on lying to me every time I call them. Escalated the issue with Auto & General and you get no feedback. So now my car has been at these panel beaters for 3 months now. Oh don't hold your breath when they say they will call you back after holding on the line for hours with them
