Bad service

I have my car insurance with auto & general I then also took out a scratch and dent including interior, I put through a claim to fix my steering wheel, gear knob and seat they came out did the seat steering wheel and gear knob wasn't done, I had to resubmit the claim only to find out it will cost R5400 rand to do this tiny job I must fork out R2400 rand, I got my own quote literally half the price and over a week has gone by and no communication scu bad service never again I will be going elsewhere.
