Bad service auto and general insurance
My car was in an accident on the 03.03.2024 Auto and general insurance took it to Renew it In Randburg.
They took 2 months to fix it...on the 17.05.2024 I went to fetch it .to my surprise they stole my window mechanism , then informed Auto and general about the incident....up to today the window mechanism is not replaced instead they playing hide and seek when o need answers...what a bad experience....I will never recommend them to anyonr6 ..it's 5 months now I can't drive my car ..
