Bad service and experience
I had a claim on the 9th December still waiting for them to start fixing and getting all quotes done my House is unlivible schools opening I am really befalling around feels like I don't have insurance no calls me or email me I must always call in bad bad service

10 Jan 2023, 13:21Hi thanks please don't prolong I start work on Monday and it's challenging living by my in-laws over a month now and Zelpha from your claims department said I should just mail her I send like 15 mails no response please address it with her also that in not on she must be professional reply at least I busy or something but she ignore me
