bad service👎

I am not happy with their service,my claim is not granted,they say my boundaries wall was going to fall because of its deterioration whereas it's due to heavy rain even the inspectors did say it's due to the rain when they came through,I've complained to them that I am not happy with them declining the claim,so now my wall hasn't been fixed and it is not safe to have a wall like that,what more if it rains again?
