Bad service

Worst service i have ever received since i had a car insurance,My car was taken for repair since 17th june till date…In July I have received a call saying the car was being moved from one penalbeater to another as the previous one couldn’t fix the car.I am currently not mobile as i had to return the courtesy car (as if it was my fault the car was with penalbeater that cant fix for a month)My car is at Fleet VIP a very terrible penalbeater according to reviews…which makes me wonder why would the Insurance use a bad reputation,The reviews about the penalbeater are so true.Unprofessional staff to the core.They will promose to keep you updated and never calls you back.When you call the person you need to speaking to is in a meeting for the whole day and believe me they wont call you back (Xolani and Tashnia to name a few)Thos frustrating as I am currently spending closed to 400 a day on uber to get to work and get the kids to school…Not auto and general or Fleet VIP seem to care as i have been pleading with them for my car or transportation
