Bad service

I sent an email and called yesterday but nothing has been done, Can you assist me, de register the car polo TSI license plate NUZ440 that was written off, so I can re allocate my license number onto another car, everytime I try I get the information that the license number belongs to telecom group, I don't dispute the fact that the car belongs to auto & Gen but the number plate belongs to me,
