BAD SERVICE

On the 1st of February i required my car to be towed. I contacted auto and general and a towing company was sent out. during the towing of my car in mid drive the tow truck pulls my car up and in the process my bumper and number plate gets damaged. we had to stop as my car was literally standing on its bumper. The towing guy then says that his tow truck at times does this automatically (so then why was he sent to tow). Long story short i am contacted again by auto and general and asked to rate the tow i got and inform Rolene Hoffmeester that i am unhappy and etc etc. She tells me that i need to send pics which i do and then inform me that the towing company is responsible and must fix car. As yet no one has contacted me regarding this and i am highly ****ed off as you get your money religiously each month to be sending *********** towing companies is unacceptable!!! I expect a consultant to contact me regarding WHEN my car will be fixed as i am driving around with no number plate and bad bumper for 3 weeks now!!!
