Bad Service

Received the worst service ever from Auto and General . Log the accident on Monday was told someone will be in contract with me to make arrangement for my car to be tow for assessment . Nobody contact me until yesterday when I called at 03:30 arrangement was made for this morning 07:00 nobody pitch until I contract insurance again only to find out this give the tow truck my work tell and not my cell number . What if I was standing along the road still waiting .
