Bad service

My wife has insurance cover for her car and cell phone (specified). She lost her cell phone last week and submitted a claim, the person who is handling the claim is not the friendliest. She is told that she is not getting a replacement value of 9K but a value of what the phone(S4) is worth currently which Lebogang insists is in the terms and conditions that the company failed to furnish to this date. When my wife insisted on getting a proper explanation of why she will get short of what she has the phone insured for, she was even told, \mam, we are not here to enrich you.\" If the company wants to resolve this issue before the 30 days claims period, they must get hold of the recording of when my wife took the insurance and up-skill their consultant, attention to detail in this line of work is very crucial and Lebogang needs to calm down when dealing with clients, \"this is not a charity service, my wife paid for this and she is to be respected\".
