BAD SERVICE 👎

I had a bad experience with auto & general insurance. I have more then 3 years with them never claimed but this Christmas time may car was broken into at the mall thinks ****** inside and I want to the police open a case and send my claim and received email that my claim has being rejected will call you. To this moment no one even called me ( a week passed )and I then called them they took me from one wave to another. Telling me wait for are call still no call. This company has a bad service. I feel like I waisted my money all this years.
