Bad Manners

At approximately 14:17, I received a call from this number: +27(10) ***. the lady that introduced her self and told me that she is calling from auto and general regarding a car insurance quotation. she started asking me for my personal details, while providing her my street address I had to repeat myself more than once because there was a background noise on her side. I then told her that if I have to repeat myself very time, i will have to end the call. She just dropped the call without saying anything. Please teach our staff to respect customers, I did not ask them to call.
