Bad insure

Worse service provider ever. my car came with a broken side mirror even now still not fixed after taken in and now the backseats are broken. I received my car today AND I wasn't even given a chase to inspect it. worse service ever car its still leaking oil and they say it's an old damage. BUT WHY ARE BACK SEATS BROKEN? THEY DELIVERED ON FRIDAY BUT PROMISED TO DELIVER THURSDAY. MY CAR IS MESSED UP. LOOKS VERY OLD INSIDE I've with auto n general for quiet a long time never miss payment this is my second claim and back seats are messed up broken as if someone was pulling them out
