Bad insurance company - claim will go unresolved for donkey years

Dont use this insurance. Their communication and customer service is terrible. I have been going back and forth with them for 3 months now. At first they took a month and half to get my vehicle fixed. The repairer they appointed damaged my vehicle further, and that took another month for them to help me, infact i am still dealing with the matter because it has not be resolved. Instead their officials keep communicating different things to me and the matter never gets resolved. I even took it up with their dispute department, same thing. I am being sent from one person to the next, no one wants to make a decision.
