Bad customer service
On the 28th November 2023 I was involved in an accident I called them being distressed I was put through to someone who was rude. The call centre team is very rude they drop calls pretending to have network issues. Even if the problem is on their side they don't even call you back.
I was disappointed with their service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if they behaving like this when we are distressed
