Bad claims service by Auto & General

My venter trailer was written off in a vehicle accident on 31/01/2024. All the documents and the registration papers were submitted to them. I have made a number of telephone calls and are advised that they will phone me. More than 12 e-mails was submitted and I get no response. This is really the worst experience I have had in my life with insurance. No response, no service. Really really really bad!
