BAD CLAIMS SERVICE

Auto & General is the WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. They want to take no accountability when they have not done the right thing. They have no idea of what treating customers fairly is. They have messed up my mother's claim and now we are left with the FINANCIAL BURDEN of their own lack of accountability. They keep blaming service providers and want to shift blame to SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT THEY CHOOSE but when service providers mess up, they expect the client to foot the bill. What a pathetic excuse of an insurer. I am not done with you. I am heading to the OMBUDSMAN.
