BAD BAD SERVICE
Your ATKV broker is the worse that i have ever dealt with - due to bad service I have cancelled my insurance policy. I have been battling for months now to get a refund for this. Various correspondence took place informing me that my money will be transferred, due date 26 Sept - obviously nothing happened. Last correspondence said that the money was transferred to my Nedbank account - I have never in my whole life had Nedbank account. Emails backwards and forwards without any results.
