Bad bad bad service

First time experiencing a need for road side assist and ive had the most horrible experience, firstly i was told my vehicle will be towed to the nearest dealer which i fully agree but my vehicle is a commercial vehicle and the nearest commercial garage is 200km away, i had to first argue about that, again they agree they will come gave them till 5am which was 8hours later, a wrong truck comes. It is now 13 hours later since the incident happened and im still waiting for a truck which will only arrive 4hours from now and im explaining to them that this is a commercial vehicle and can't be parked for this long and I told them i know 5towing companies around which can assist but they just not on their list. I wouldn't advice anyone to use auto and general for their commercial vehicles
