Bad and Dishonest Service
Explained my requirements for the e-hailing policy and was sold the insurance based on that, the vehicle got ****** then made the claim which was rejected based on the incorrect policy that i took. The rejection claims were unclear and not true because nowhere on my requirements i mentioned such vehicle arrangement. One consultant even agreed that i got the bad advise.
