I'm happy with the service I received yesterday. Thank you. I'm not happy with my scratch & dent claim I submitted months back. I was told that my claim was done after the assessment but when I visit the place that must fix the dent he informed me that the amount to fix the dent is not enough and that I had to done the damage through my main claim. The amount will be R 11900 to fix the dent. He informed me that he sent the documentation to auto& General for final approval and would come back to me. Till yesterday nobody from both parties came back to me to inform me of the outcome. I then went to another company dealing with dent & scratch incidents, the vehicle were fix in one day and for a amount of R2500. That I can say was very good service. Have a nice day.
