Awsome and amazing experince

What a lovely experience I had with Auto&General in regards to my claim. As much as we part ways due to personal financial reason. But you were there from day one when I recently claimed for my accident and you kept me informed until it was finalized. Thank you so much for answering my calls quickly without keeping me waiting. The 1st day I claimed I was emotional due to the incident that happened to my car, the consultant put himself in my shoes and comforted me. I just can not remember his name. I would like to thank the whole claims department at A&G especially Lebogang Orekeng for processing everything quickly, organizing my car to be towed and the car hire process since it was part of my policy. I am grateful, hope to be with you again in the future. Keep up the good work, God bless you all.
