Awesome service on Black Friday

<p>********* broke into my home and stole the TV and some cash. I've logged the claim at 09h30 and was expecting feedback during next week. At 11h23 I've received an e-mail to confirm that the claim was settled and that the money will be paid into my bank account! Within 2 hours my bad day was turned into a jippieeee day! This quick response put me in the position to buy a new TV on the Black Friday specials. What an awesome experience - nothing surprising from Auto & General since this is my experience the past 20 years. I will never change from Auto & General.</p>
