Awesome service exceed all expectations!
I would just like to give a HUGE shout out to Dorothy Smit at Auto & General for the AWESOME service I have received from her yesterday. She has been an absolute star! Friendly, patient, calm and efficient. She got things sorted for me on my double debit whilst I have still had NO response from WESBANK and personally kept me informed and updated throughout the day. She took accountability for my complaint and exceede all my expectations. Thank you so much, Dorothy. You are truly an asset to the business.
