Awesome service

<p>I bought a “new” car on the 10th of April 2017 and I took comprehensive insurance cover from Auto and General starting on the 11th of April 2017.</p> <p>I took possession of my car early on the 11th and while travelling to my destination, my car broke down between Krugersdorp and Ventersdorp. I drove slowly to the nearest garage before phoning A&G, but since my insurance was not even 24 hours old I did not have much hope of being assisted and my daughter and I were already preparing ourselves to spend the night in the car.</p> <p>To my surprise, the call center operator took my details and dispatched two towing vehicles to our location immediately. We received an SMS with the details of the driver and vehicle within two minutes and two vehicles from A1 Assist arrived within half an hour.</p> <p>Wesley from Auto & General phoned every day to follow up and to ensure that everything was ok and to offer A&G’s assistance. Thanks to the professional service from Auto & General my daughter and I are safe and a stressful situation was made less so.</p> <p>My deepest gratitude to Auto & General and its wonderful staff.</p>
