Autogen's delay tactics to avoid paying out a claim

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, A&G is still by far the worst insurer. Took my vehicle to their ****** service provider (Automagic) in Zambezi for repairs, of which they only fixed half of the damages claiming that Auto & General gave them approval to only fix the door. When i pointed out the unfixed damages I was told that i will have to submit another claim & pay another excess fee to have the damages repaired. All the dents, scratches & the broken spoiler that resulted from the accident were not repaired. To add salt to the wound, my airbag sensors are now malfunctioning. After I have been paying for all these years without claiming, you only approve a measly R7000.
