auto n general stole from me

My car was taken away for assessment on the 21 december 2015 and i only got it back after more than a month long fight with auto n general to get it back. And i even went as far as paying for labour costs at proline wynburg for the work they have done in the process of assessing my car for auto n general. This means that they got assessment done for free for them as i had paid for it myself. But they should have told me to pay for assessment from the start not to run around for more than a month knowing that they want me to pay for labour needed for assessment. When i took my car on 26 jan 2015 i found that my spare wheel, gear top and metal that is used for towing are missing. I phoned Paul immediatly and he said he will investigate and get back to me on 27 jan, but till today he never did or answered my calls and msg. I also phoned the call centre they also cant help me. I have a letter from proline stating that i informed them about the missing items before i took my car from them and they also assured me through pictures that these items were missing when my car was brought to them. Auto n general people did you realy have to ***** from me?
