If its one thing I regret in life is joining auto n general. N I would never advise any1 to join them. I was in aan accident on a business cover and first they rejected my claim reason being 4 cover that previously was not in my name. Sad part is the service get from them very poor i had to call now n then to get feedback. . After I. Escalated my claim they come back offer me 147 thousand rand. But my car is insured for market value of 400k. . Worst part I tried to negotiate with them that I would give them 3 qoute of panel beater that can fix my car with a less amount that they offer wich is 75k . And they offer me 147k reason to reject my 3 qoute is that they are not reputable repaires. Many they dnt knw them . But they rmi registered. .
