Auto & General worst service ever

Im am so disappointing in the service I received from Auto & General ......I would not advise anyone to join them......I had a burst pipe underground about 4 weeks ago. I called A&G and they came out to fix my pipe no problem.......but in order to do that they had to chop up my tiles by my back door ,which I did not have a problem with. I specifically asked them when they are coming to fix it as there was just a big whole in front of my door.....the contractor assured me that my insurance will send a tiler asap......all good.......3 weeks later and still no one......im left with a whole and broken tiles at my back door.....I called Auto & General about 4 times and every time I call they promise that someone will get back to me .....thats not the worst.....I have been telling the consultants at Auto & General that I look after my disabled dad and I have a 18month old daughter and the open hole is a huge hazard to them.....again emphasis on I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS.......On Sunday 15 March (yesterday) my 18 month old daughter trips over the whole and knocks her head ,,,,,,,I am so angry at Auto & General.......I am no doubt taking this one further ,,,,,,everyone needs to know they not all that they promise to be .......I will definitely be going back to Outsurance much better service.........And I will be spreading the word , the media needs to know Auto & General ....hands down the worst ever.
