Auto & General WORST INSURANCE COMPANY BE WARNED!!!

So I was in a car accident on the 18 August am insured with Auto & General the car was towed away I went to the police station filled out all the forms answered all the insurance questions. Each time I call regarding my claim they tell me they are still assessing they've been assessing the vehicle for 11 days and am not getting any answers I was told Sarel Stander will call me back am still waiting!!DONT USE AUTO & GENERAL IF YOU WANT AN INSURER THAT CARES ABOUT THIER CLIENTS!!!
