Auto & General (Very Unreliable)

Been with Auto & General for more than 15 years, never claimed, now recently my only car got damaged, Auto & General is giving me stories on how they dont' cover this and, my car has been with them for a month now and they busy telling me they are assessing it. This is costing me heavily as i am now using uber to go to work, and with the stories they have given me thus far, i am sure after they 'assess' the car, they will not fix it. What a bad investment insuring with Auto & General. From claiming to follow ups, very unreliable. and for the first time in so many years i am changing my insurance.
