AUTO & GENERAL VAP CLAIMS DEPARTMENT USELESS

Very bad service from their VAP claims department. Several phone calls following up on claim submitted. Claim was rejected because person who was supposed to review the pictures did not bother to open his emails, had this policy for several years not claiming to have this one scratch and dent claim rejected
