AUTO & GENERAL VALUE ADDED PRODUCT

Auto & General is pathetic to say the least. Have claimed since second week of may and was told that dent on my car is can't be fixed but needs to be replaced and that I need to claim from my comprehensive cover. I did that to be given a ridiculous amount. Gone for my own quotes and sent through to the cap email address not even a single email through to acknowledge my email. Now today I called two times and there's no one available, claims division has got two managers (this is pathetic) one is on leave and one is busy on the phone. Driving my car in it's current state breaks me even worse that the company I am insured with makes it even worse by taking time and giving me the back side of the hand.
