Auto & General - The WORST Insurance company out there
The worst Insurance brokers EVER! They refuse to bring down my premiums after no claims from them since I took out my insurance with them. During the Covid pandemic they were just too happy to be taking such a huge amount of money from us without any compensations. Other insurance brokers automatically lowered premiums for their clients but A&G are way too greedy and will never give you time of day. The best part is that these premiums are meant to be for a pensioner. A pensioner recieves R1800 a month, A&G are taking R1057 a month from a pensioner, so they expect us to live off R743 for the rest of the month??? The only reason now that I am not changing my insurance to another broker is bescause I am waiting for my cash back bonus which I refuse to just let go after giving them SO much of my money. My advice to whomever requiring car or home insurance, do not go with Auto & General. They are just mere *******.

So what does it take to get better service and value for our money??? As clearly being a pensioner and living during these tough and trying times means NOTHING to you people at A&G?!
It's all about you greedy ******* taking our money and getting nothing good out of it. As judging by A&G's rating here on Hello Peter means nothing as well as your service to us keeps getting worst over the years. So what is even the point of complaining as we get zero joy from you people?!
