Auto & General, Telesure worst Insurance co in SA

Auto a& general is the absolute worst insurance company in South Africa.<br> Pathetic service through their useless call centre operated by Telesure which also trues to service a number of other insurance companies - hence trying to save money creating no service to client all.<br> <br> They include :<br> Telesure<br> Auto & Gen<br> Budget Insurance<br> Dial Direct<br> First for women<br> 1Life<br> Hiipo<br> <br> So whenever you are comparing against the above brands you are actually merely comparing one useless company - Auto & General.<br> <br> When I claimed against my policy for Hail and storm damage in January this year - after many calls and queries through their pathetic Telesure call centre and numerous follow up e-mails which they never respond to I as told that they decided they cannot pay the claim without any explanation and closed the file on that claim.<br> <br> Also A&G refuse to put anything in writing or e-mail<br> I have now lodged a claim against the through the Insurance Ombudsman and will take them to the Consumer Protection Council.<br> <br> It appears Doug Steyn the owner of A & G is too busy *****ing clients money by rejecting claims, to build his mansion STAIN CITY near DRAINFERN where the A&G property is based.
