Auto & General smooth running of business

I always had the idea that Auto & General is difficult to deal with until my wife was bumped from behind by a drunk driver and our car was stationery at a Chicken Licken drive through. The claim was authorized smoothly with no issues. A month later on a rainy day I was driving then a guy bumped me from behind again and they authorized the claim and my car is perfectly fine. People need to understand that insurance companies will always want full details of the accident and they will investigate to also protect themselves from chances.
